Performing Tricep Extensions with Lying Sandag:
- Lie on your back, keep your knees bent and your back straight
- Grab the two external grips in the lower part of your sandbag that you previously placed next to you
- Bring your arms over your head, hold the sandbag tightly in your hands and arms outstretched
- Bend the elbow and slowly lower the forearm and the sandbag behind the head, try to keep the elbow facing forward
- Bring the sandbag back over your head as you extend your arms upward.
- Open your elbows to the side as you lower your forearm behind your head.
