Knee Raise on Bench Press: Execution
The starting position sees the athlete lying on his back on a flat or inclined bench with his hands grasping fixed points usually located behind the head. The back is in its position of strength and must remain there for the duration of the exercise. The hips are extended as are the knees.The execution consists of flexing the hips and knees at the same time, always keeping the back in its position of strength.
