Knee Raise on the Bar: Execution
The starting position sees the athlete suspended, holding the traction bar with the shoulders totally flexed and abducted and the elbows extended. The back is extended as well as the hips and knees. The execution consists in performing a complete flexion of the hips and knees, without changing the position of the back and reducing the oscillation of the body as much as possible.
