Ingrediants
- 150 g of black grapes
- 150 g of blueberries
- Juice and pulp of yellow grapefruit or pink grapefruit
- Untreated lemon juice
- 125 ml of low-fat yogurt
- A few ice cubes
Materials Needed

Preparation
- Thoroughly wash all the fruit and dry it with absorbent paper.
- Cut the black grapes and remove the seeds inside.
- Cut the grapefruit peel, eliminating the bitter white part, thus obtaining pieces.
- Cut the lemon and squeeze the juice of one half.
- In the glass of the blender, combine the chopped grapefruit pulp, the blueberries, the grapes, the grapefruit juice and the lemon juice. Add the low-fat yogurt and a few ice cubes. Blend intermittently until you get the right consistency To make it more liquid if necessary, add water or skim milk.
