Pectoral machine crosses: Execution
The starting position sees the athlete sitting on the pectoral machine with the back vertical, with the shoulder blades adducted, the shoulders flexed internally (option 1), or externally rotated (option 2) and the arms resting on the appropriate pads of the machine which are located a few centimeters above the below shoulder level. The execution consists of flexing (option 1), or abducting (option 2) in the transverse plane both shoulders according to the guidance of the machine.
