Use and dosage require boiling water to be poured over the preparation, then letting the infusion rest for a few minutes in a covered container; normally a spoonful of preparation is used per cup, to be taken 1-3 times a day while the drink is still hot.

- Bitter orange pericarp 10 g
- Hop cones 20 g
- Lemon balm leaves 15 g

Accessory and optional components, to be used in the herbal tea against anxiety in percentages not exceeding 5% of each component and not exceeding 30% of the initial mixture:
- Fruit anise;
- Rosehip fruit / seeds;
- Bitter orange flowers;

- Cumin fruits;
- Fennel fruits;
- Common chamomile flowers;
- Calendula flowers;
- Yarrow grass;
- Licorice root.
