Lose weight, tone and shape the body with the breath
Is it possible to lose weight by breathing?
This is one of the questions I started from to elaborate the RBM and I thank one of my pupils who asked me during a Rebirthing-breathwork session.
The Breath as everyone knows (unfortunately only theoretically) is the most important function of our life, we remember it only when we perceive that something is wrong in our body, or in case of illness. A correct and natural way of breathing (that of newborns), results in numerous positive effects with an increase in the state of well-being on a biological, psychological and emotional / energetic level.
For example, breathing with the diaphragm during the first 7-10 days, without any type of diet, with only 15 minutes a day you can burn 900 calories, shaping and toning the body (but also internal organs and tissues), eliminating fat superfluous and cellulite. By cleaning up the cellular environment, we allow the lymphatic system to function effectively, thereby strengthening the immune system (which is primarily responsible for our overall health).
