The presence of the didelfus uterus often causes unpleasant consequences during a pregnancy.
For a correct diagnosis, the pelvic examination is not sufficient. In fact, instrumental tests are needed.
If women with a didelfus uterus do not exhibit any disorders associated with the abnormality, they should not undergo any treatment. Otherwise, doctors consider surgery.
