Almost exclusively of female interest, the culotte de cheval is not necessarily associated with a real excess weight - even if it is logical to think that with more adipose tissue you can have more prominent pads. They are very rare in men, on whom they appear instead accompanied by generalized overweight.
For many, the culottes de cheval are a real imperfection but, to be honest, their pleasantness in the female body can change not only according to the historical period and the trend, but also according to tastes.
The fact that, in women, the culotte de cheval are not necessarily the result of an excess of fat has both positive and negative implications. On the one hand they dissociate themselves from what are called negative health implications, on the other they show a certain resistance to remodeling - we are not talking, of course, about cosmetic surgery, but about diet and sport.
This particular hostility is largely due to their composition. We are talking about a real tissue structure which, as can be understood, shows all the characteristics of fibrous edematous panniculopathy, aka cellulite.
Even the culotte de cheval, like all areas affected by cellulite, can be classified according to the severity of the sclerosis; their physiological response to a "possible correction depends largely on this variable.
