This workout is a muscle strengthening circuit that uses the gentle gymnastics method.
The exercises proposed in this session allow you to tone and strengthen the muscles without traumatizing the joints.
This workout is ideal for older people or people with joint pain who want to keep fit.
Exercises
Exercise to strengthen the back and buttocks, 30 seconds
Exercise to strengthen the back, 15 seconds
Exercise to strengthen the abdominals, 20 seconds
Exercise to strengthen the shoulders, 10 repetitions
The circuit should be repeated 4 to 6 times with 45 seconds of rest between each exercise.
