E150b CAUSTIC SULPHITE CARAMEL
Caustic sulphite caramel is a brown color dye of synthetic origin.
It can be contained in alcoholic beverages, jams, soft drinks, ice creams, popsicles, liqueurs, pastries in general, biscuits and preserves.
There are currently no known negative side effects.
ADI DOSE: 200 mg per kg of body weight.
