Yoga: Positions to Face the Heat

This lesson focuses on postures that help you cope with the heat. In the summer we develop a lot of internal heat and this burns and consumes our energy. A slow and calm practice allows us to identify the right positions that allow us not to develop too much "pitta", ie too much internal heat. The key is the breath!
