Sirsasana, the head posture, is the queen of Yoga asanas. In Sanskrit "Sirsa" means head and "Asana" means "Position". The position leads us exactly what it promises: invert the body and stand on the head with legs and feet pointing upwards.
Sirsasana is an advanced posture that must initially be carried out with the guidance of a master, but it offers many physical and psychological benefits to the practitioner, also inviting him to look at the world from another point of view. This video shows us some advanced variations, to be performed once you enter the asana.
