We will combine the rhythms and movements of Latin music with the traditional ones of aerobics, to keep fit and have fun at the same time.
We will start with a warm up on the notes of a capoeira, to follow with a merengue, salsa, and reggaeton ... inevitable in a Zumba fitness class.
Today I also propose a short batucada and to finish the cool down.
