- About 200 ml of water
- 20 g of grated Parmesan cheese
- 50 g of pea protein isolate
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of chopped rosemary

Materials Needed
- Electric whips
- Bowls of various sizes
- 20 cm diameter springform pan
- Spatula or wooden spoon
Preparation
- Collect the egg whites in a bowl and work them with an electric mixer to obtain a compact mass.
- Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine the dry ingredients: oatmeal, protein powder, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, rosemary and baking powder.
- Work the mixture with the water and the natural yogurt, then add the mass of whipped egg whites: mix everything by adding the natural tuna and the dried tomatoes cut into strips.
Did you know that ...
In this savory pie we find all ingredients low in fat and sugar, and rich in proteins: egg whites, oats, protein powder (we have chosen pea proteins, but soy ones are also good, neutral taste), natural tuna and plain yogurt as an alternative to oil or butter.
- Pour the mixture into a 18 or 20 cm diameter springform pan lined with parchment paper. Bake the savory pie at 180 ° C for 40 minutes or until the inside is dry.
- Remove from the oven, cut into slices and serve: in small portions, the protein pie is perfect as a pre- or post-workout snack, while in larger doses it can be eaten as a single meal.
