Preparation
- Place the blender blades in the freezer for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, carefully weigh the ingredients.
- With the knife, chop the dark chocolate to reduce it into small pieces.
- In the container of a pressure blender, combine the dark chocolate, the bitter cocoa, the white and brown sugar, and the potato starch. To taste, add a tablespoon of powdered milk.

As an alternative to potato starch, you can use corn starch or rice flour. The starches are used to give a thick consistency to the liquid in which the homemade Nesquik® will be dissolved.
In this recipe, we suggest the use of white and cane sugar, but those who wish can only use one type of sugar.- Chop everything, taking care to blend intermittently to avoid overheating the mixture. Homemade Nesquik® is ready when the consistency resembles that of an impalpable powder.
- Pour a couple of teaspoons of homemade Nesquik® into a cup, then pour in the hot milk and mix for a few moments. The milk and chocolate is ready to be tasted.
- Store in an airtight glass jar in a dark and dry environment for 3-4 weeks.
