Tasty alternatives
Instead of soy milk, porridge can be made with oat milk, rice milk or almond milk.
Furthermore, the oat flakes can be replaced with rice, barley, millet or spelled: in these cases, the milk must be boiled for a longer time, until the chosen cereal is cooked.- Meanwhile, prepare the accompanying fruit. Wash, clean and cut the apricots and peaches into small pieces.
- After 6-7 minutes, the oatmeal porridge is ready. Add a pinch of ground cinnamon and serve immediately accompanying with the chopped fruit.
