Did you know that
To obtain a thicker mayonnaise, we recommend increasing the dose of oil.
For a more intense flavor, replace the seed oil with extra virgin olive oil.- Pour the sauce into a bowl and let it rest for at least one hour in the fridge: the standing time is important to make the sauce more compact and thick.
- Serve the mayonnaise with croutons.
- Beetroot mayonnaise can be kept in the fridge for 3-4 days.
Alice's comment - PersonalCooker
You can use the sauce like the classic mayonnaise: it is perfect for preparing canapés, filling sandwiches or adding color to your favorite dishes. It also goes well with meat and fish, but it can also be used as a sauce to dip the pinzimonio.Nutritional values and Health Comment on the recipe
