If your man is in love with pizza (as well as you) how about making one with your own hands? Yes, but my idea is not to create just any pizza! Since hearts and sweetness are the leitmotifs of Valentine's Day, I thought of inventing a sweet heart-shaped pizza to be consumed as a dessert. Let's see the idea.

- 1 pinch of salt
- 50 g of butter
- 50 g of sugar
- 6 g of brewer's yeast
- 100 ml of water
- 70 ml of milk
For the filling
- 200 g of strawberry jam
- 50 g of white chocolate flakes
- 100 g of strawberries
- 50 g of blueberries
Materials Needed
- Bowl
- Transparent film
- Scale weighs food
- Rolling pin
- Rectangular baking tray or heart-shaped baking tray (18 cm in diameter)
- Knife or pastry wheel
- Row lemons
Preparation
- In a bowl, sift the Manitoba flour.
- Dissolve the fresh brewer's yeast in warm water and add a teaspoon of sugar.
- Pour the water with the yeast into the center of the flour, cover with a sheet of plastic wrap or a cloth and let it rest for half an hour, in a warm environment.
- When the leaven appears swollen and soft, add the remaining sugar and a pinch of salt. Flavor with grated lemon zest and mix all the ingredients by combining the butter melted in warm milk. Work the mixture with your hands, to obtain a soft and non-sticky dough. If necessary, add more flour.
- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin to a thickness of 1 cm, trying to obtain a heart shape. Gently place the rolled out dough in a heart-shaped silicone (or aluminum) mold. With these doses, two hearts with a size of 18 cm (mold diameter) are obtained.
Did you know that
Those who do not have the heart-shaped mold can still make this sweet pizza! In this case, it is advisable to roll out the dough with a rolling pin, place it on a sheet of parchment paper and, with a knife or a wheel, cut the dough into a heart shape. The cutouts can be kneaded and created small hearts.- Fill the pasta immediately with the strawberry jam (the jam simulates the tomato sauce, ubiquitous in traditional pizzas). Place the mold in a warm environment and let it rise for 2 hours or more, until the dough is swollen and soft.
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (static function). Bake the sweet pizza and cook for 20 minutes.
- Quickly remove the mold from the oven, taking care not to burn yourself. Distribute a few curls of white chocolate to create the "fake mozzarella effect" and finish cooking for another 5 minutes.
- Unmold the pizza and leave to cool. Decorate with slices of strawberries (they will simulate cherry tomatoes!) And blueberries (they will look like olives!).
Alice's comment - PersonalCooker
Dedicate this heart-shaped pizza to your beloved: he will not be able to resist! And if you are not engaged, well, dedicate this delight to yourself. Love each other and be in love with you first of all! Only if you love each other will you be able to live well with yourself and with others. Indeed do you know what I tell you? Now I go to the florist and buy a red rose all for myself!Nutritional values and Health Comment on the recipe
The Sweet Valentine's Pizza is a fairly energetic dessert, with a caloric prevalence attributable to carbohydrates, followed by lipids and proteins.
The prevalent fatty acids are of the saturated type, cholesterol is not very relevant and the fibers are sufficient.
The Pizza Dolce di San Valentino is a food not very suitable for the diet for overweight and lactose intolerance; moreover, it is totally unsuitable for that against celiac disease. The average portion is about 60g (100kcal).
