Today gluttony in the kitchen! In fact, we will prepare muffins (naturally of my invention) using a special flour, which will give an "all its own" aftertaste to our sweets: cannabis flour. You don't have to let the name scare you! The flour in question is obtained from the seeds of cannabis sativa (which is not cannabis indica) and is totally harmless: no psychoactive molecule will therefore end up in our desserts, don't worry! Ingrediants
For the muffins
- 50 g of raspberries
- 60 g of sugar
- 30 ml of corn oil
- 100 ml of milk
- 150 ml of fresh cream
- Q.b. of salt
- 60 g (1 medium) of eggs
- 10 g of baking powder
- 20 g of bitter cocoa
- 150 g of white flour of type 00
- 45 g of hemp seed flour
To serve (optional)
- Q.b. of powdered sugar

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
- In a bowl, combine all the dry ingredients: hemp seed flour, white flour, sugar, unsweetened cocoa, sifted yeast and salt.
- In the center, pour the fresh cream, egg, milk and corn oil.
Why use cream?
Cream is a fatter ingredient than milk but less caloric than butter.
Rather than butter, in this recipe we preferred to use a mix of oil and cream. In addition, the hemp seed flour will provide the right amount of oil, able to balance the fat part of this recipe.- Spread a ladle of dough in a muffin mold, stuff with a couple of raspberries (fresh or frozen) and cover with another spoonful of mixture. Proceed in this way until all the ingredients are used up.
- Bake the muffins in the oven at 180 ° C for 30-35 minutes: before removing them from the oven, it is advisable to do the "toothpick test".
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
- Remove muffins from molds only after they have cooled completely.
- Serve to taste with powdered sugar.

Before unmolding the sweets, I advise you to let them completely cool: in this way they will keep a perfect shape! You can serve them cold, with a hot raspberry sauce and a few wisps of cream: a pleasure for our palate!
