- 125 ml of hazelnut milk or coconut milk
- 15 g of chia seeds
- 20 g of maple syrup
- 50 g of red fruits
- 10 g of hazelnuts

Preparation
- Divide the chia seeds in two glasses or in two bowls.
- To taste, sweeten the hazelnut milk (or another type of vegetable milk to taste) with maple syrup, then pour the mixture into the two glasses. Mix thoroughly and let the mixture rest in the fridge for a few hours, better for a night: during the resting phase, the hazelnut milk with chia seeds will take on a gelatinous consistency.
