For 6 brooms:
- 90 g of breadsticks
- 6 slices (100 g) of Fontina cheese
- 6 stems of chives
- q.s. of pepper
Materials Needed

Preparation
- Wash the chives and dry them gently.
The alternative Ok
As an alternative to chives, you can use parsley stalks or celery filaments!- With scissors or a knife, make vertical incisions on each slice of cheese leaving about 2 cm of the edge intact. This way, you will get a slice of cheese with fringe-like incisions.
- Wrap the edge of the cheese wedge onto one end of a breadstick, letting the fringes protrude.
- Weld the edge of the cheese wedge with a chive stalk.
- Do the same for all the breadsticks. Sprinkle the cheese fringes with a little pepper, as if it were powder. The witch's brooms are ready!
