Performing the Chop in high abs with standing twist with a dumbbell:
- Stand up straight and keep your heels more open than your hips
- Grab a dumbbell with both hands and bring it up to the right side while looking from the same side
- Contract your abdominal muscles intensely, bend your legs, lower your glutes and dumbbell to your left side while twisting your torso; imagine making a cut as you lower the handlebar to the left side
- Contract your glutes and return
- Keep the muscles contracted and return with your arms up
- Twist your torso, bring the dumbbell to the side and turn your gaze
- Reverse the movement and repeat.
- Arch your back
- Sharply twisting the body
- Go over your toes with your knees.
