Conclusion
The human organism therefore functions as an integrated network that unifies the various organs and systems. The codes are the same and the substrate is common to the whole network. Whether they are the brain circuits, activated by emotions, thoughts, or the nervous circuits vegetative, activated by stress or feedback from organs or systems, whether it is the endocrine or immune organs, or whether it is connective mechanical tensions, through movement and muscle activation, to emit messages, the latter, in their fundamental part, will be recognized by all the components of the network. The language is unique, the connection is integrated and two-way.
It is evident that the therapeutic approach can exploit this possibility of plurality of inputs to the “great connection”. On this basis, in fact, the interventions can be multiple: nutrition education, pharmacotherapy, instrumental therapies, psychotherapy, body techniques, ergonomic techniques, etc. The task of the therapeutic intervention is to favor the restoration of the physiological balanced communication between the systems.
The importance of further research in this field appears clear. The study of biochemistry itself can no longer be simplified into linear sequences of chemical-physical reactions but it is necessary to consider the "active and dynamic habitat in which the" chemistry of life "takes place, that is that material that biochemists discard by purifying “soluble” enzymes and through which surgeons make their way in their operations: the connective system. For this reason the role of those able to act deeply on the myofascial system through eg. manual or movement techniques assume, in the light of such scientific evidence, a role of primary importance.
It is on these principles that the TIB Massage & Bodywork is founded and developed with the aim of contributing to results of maximum efficacy, that is, capable of responding in the best possible way to the evolution of the changing needs and problems of modern man.
Practice, experience, continuous study, research and evolution in this regard, as well as in the biochemical, physiological, biomechanical, posturological, ergonomic and technological fields, as usual, are the indispensable and precious foundations and propulsive sources of all this.
"A massage to give well-being to those who receive it and to those who perform it, thanks to the skilful fusion of modern Western and ancient Eastern techniques, in the light of the recent discoveries of psychoneuro-endocrine-connective-immunology" Giovanni Chetta.
MATIB is actually a program within the TIBodywork program developed by me with the aim of meeting the changing needs and problems of today's man (at a preventive, curative and performative level) considering all sources of influence. Techniques Integrated Wellness and disciplines synergistically present in the TIBodywork program are: Massage & Bodywork TIB, Postural Gymnastics TIB, posturology, ergonomics, instrumental physiotherapy, nutrition education, stress management techniques and neuroassociative conditioning (mental education).
Dr. Giovanni Chetta is a Biochemist, Physiotherapist, Posturologist and Ergonomist (registered in the ASBio.P. Specialist register) and Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming. and Therapeutic Massage at the European School of Message Medicine in Milan, founded and directed by Dr. Giovanni Leanti La Rosa, of whom he was an assistant for a long time and with whom he still collaborates today. He is a researcher in the posturological field at the "Charitè University of Berlin. He is head of the Posturology department at Residenza Villa Arcadia, Bareggio (MI) and regularly practices at polyclinics. He collaborates with magazines and websites and conducts courses on: massage, posturology, postural gymnastics, nutrition. He is the creator of the TIBodywork method and is president of the cultural-sporting association AssoTIB (Alfa / CSAIn / CONI).
