On the other hand, if this were applied with "knowledge of the facts", the results could be even higher, not only for reasons of greater compliance with training, but precisely in terms of "effectiveness".
In the next lines we will talk above all about the most frequently boring type of training, the one aimed at the care of aesthetics. Not only bodybuilding itself, this generally imposes rigid stakes that in the long run tend to distance the practitioner rather than approach him - or to put him in condition of psychological plateau, not physical.
