Practical program of 16 weeks
After the umpteenth e-mail where I was asked how to train legs and buttocks to improve their aesthetic appearance and their tone, I decided to write this article.
I will try to provide you with the basics for proper training, providing you with a specific training plan lasting 16 weeks. I do not promise you the miracle, because no one can promise it (and be very wary of those who promise you!) And I do not like to take in I turn people around, but I can guarantee that by performing this program your physique will improve. How much it will improve (many factors come into play: genetics, commitment, consistency, nutrition, etc.) will be up to you to find out! ... improvement lies in "starting this program as soon as possible, without repeating the classic phrase: "from monday start!", you have to start right away!
I can say, without being too wrong, that 90% of women do not like their legs, those who see them chubby and shapeless, those who see their hips too wide, those with their asses too big, those with a lot of cellulite, those with legs too dry, those with flat bottoms etc. etc. etc.
Very few like each other! ... Isn't that so?
It's not just female hormones to blame, it's too easy to blame hormones and say there's nothing to be done!
It is true that women start out at a disadvantage, but this does not mean that they cannot remedy and improve their aesthetic appearance.
Poor nutrition and non-existent workouts close the picture and lead you to the current state, which is why you started reading this article.
If nowadays there is much more attention to what we eat, it is also true that increasingly hectic life forces us to incorrect habits, which affect our body and with a greater accumulation of fat in unwanted points.
Let's not talk about training which is what the fair sex lacks most of all, let's say things as they are ..."you don't like to struggle with what could do you good: weights!"
Let it be that the weights increase and make you take on masculine features ... It is not so, and I don't even want to waste time trying to convince you otherwise! The only thing I tell you is that weights can only make you more toned and create those shapes you so desire.
But since women don't like weights and don't like to work hard, they all look for them to try to reach their goal in other ways.
For this reason, nowadays the industry dealing with female beauty is booming (especially in terms of turnover).
There are hundreds of useless tools for physical modeling that are sold on TV or in sports shops, who among you does not have one in the cellar? Wasted money, none of these tools can do anything for you! I repeat NONE! I would say that there are more and more scams and people ready to deceive you! Be careful.
Also beware of slimming centers, nothing can do for you except make you lose a little water, but as soon as you return home you can buy it back by drinking! And yet, how many have started pedaling doing stupid exercises in those rooms heated to 50 °! a lot of money is thrown here, the fault of skilled sellers, who, in order to sell you the package of treatments, pay no attention to anything and use "dirty" psychological tricks to convince you to buy them! Be careful also in this case, you can lose weight (lots of water, with the risk of dehydration and compromising your health) but the forms you so desire will not be able to give you in any way!
Many promise miracles, but as I mentioned earlier, no one keeps their promise! There are many shortcuts that today you can try and all with the same goal: certainly not your health, nobody can give a damn about you, the only thing they really care about is the money you can shell out! And once you have "unhooked" them ... well maybe you already know the story ...
Let's leave the bad things alone and start talking seriously about how you can improve the appearance of your lower limbs.
First of all you have to sign up in some comfortable gym (it doesn't matter if it's beautiful, shiny and with lots of people pulling it out, generally the best are the "roughest" ones where people train seriously and get results), second step perform the following program.
The program that I want to set you up, includes real exercises, which have little to do with press, abductor, adductor, gluteus machine, jerks and sancettini from the ground that you may know, but which too are really of little use to shape your legs and yours. buttocks.
If the card for the lower limbs that your Personal Trainer (I assume well paid) has prepared for you is similar to the following:
- Press 3x15
- Abductor machine 3x15
- Adductor machine 3x15
- Gluteus machine 3x15
I advise you to evaluate the hypothesis of changing it! It is not possible for a serious and well-qualified professional to be reduced to giving you these simple exercises without committing to teaching you fundamental exercises, which are technically difficult and which can do so much for your body. you can easily do it yourself! The machines are specially made so that even inexperienced people can use them without getting hurt!
Four exercises will shape your thighs and glutes, and they are:
- Squat
- Forward lunges
- Straight leg deadlifts
- Step-up
There are other exercises as well, but these are enough and advance to create a really tough workout. I do not post photos or videos of these exercises, because if you don't know them, it is good that your trainer teaches you the first time. Look for a very capable Personal Trainer in your area, buy a few hours with him and let him teach you these exercises, these exercises are the basis of any leg workout! They are technically difficult exercises, which if performed badly do not forgive and which provide a first period of adaptation for the improvement of the technique. Doubt any training program that promises to bring you results in no time, at least it takes at least 16 weeks to see any serious results, just like the program I wanted to prepare for you.
