HRC and heart rate

The HRC function is a sophisticated training program, which allows you to keep the heart rate set by the user constant.
In fact, if at the beginning of the workout you set the age of the user and the relative cardiac threshold, the HRC program function, if necessary, will intervene automatically during the run, modifying the speed and inclination of the treadmill. user a change in heart rate, so that the reset threshold remains almost constant, with the aim of performing a workout in total safety and reliability.
The heart rate is detected with the Polar chest strap, which, placed around the chest, measures the heart rate with extreme precision using heart rate sensors (see heart rate monitor).
Inside the console is installed a signal reception technology directly from the Polar band, without the encumbrance of any wire.
The HRC function, therefore, gives the possibility to perform the training in total safety and reliability.
