This training program includes complete exercises combined with the best training method to lose fat quickly: HIIT, or the "High Intensity Interval Training!"
The selected exercises allow you to involve all muscle groups and to carry out cardio and muscle strengthening work at the same time.

Perform 6 to 8 laps of these exercises alternating 40 seconds of exercise with 20 seconds of recovery. It is advisable to perform a short warm-up at the beginning of the training session and to conclude the workout with an appropriate stretching.
