This workout is ideal for strengthening the abdo-lumbar belt thanks to 4 abdominal exercises to be performed without the need for tools.
The exercises stimulate the strengthening of the deep abdominals that support the spine and also allow you to achieve a flat stomach.
Exercises
- Plank, to be repeated 4 times for a duration of twenty seconds
- Mobility of the pelvis, 4 sets of 10 repetitions
- Crunch, 4 sets for 12 reps
- Heel touch, 4 sets for 10 reps for each leg
