E313: THIODIPROPIONIC ACID
Thiodipropionic acid is a synthetic food additive with an antioxidant function.
It is contained in fatty products to prevent rancidity, therefore in particular in oils and fats, as well as in cosmetics.
There are no known adverse side effects at normally used thiodipropionic acid concentrations.
ADI DOSE: 3 mg per kg of body weight.
