To prevent the onset of so-called "bat wings", it is important to set specific workouts to work well on the triceps.
Here is a training session consisting of 4 simple exercises to shape the triceps and have toned arms, using only a chair as a support. Also try the toned arms and shoulders workout with weights.
Exercises
This workout consists of the following exercises:
Tight pushups, 4 sets of 10 reps
Hands / elbows on knees, 4 sets of 45 seconds
Dips on the chair, 4 sets of 8 reps
One-hand wall push-ups, 4 sets of 6 reps per arm
