Preparation
- First, prepare the marinade for the chicken. In a bowl, collect the unsweetened white yogurt, add a pinch of salt, some pink peppercorns, some garlic powder and some chopped herbs to taste (sage, rosemary). Season with a teaspoon of mustard. pasta.
- Cut the chicken breast into chunks or strips and dip it into the marinade. Leave the chicken to marinate in the yogurt sauce for at least two hours, preferably overnight.
- At this point, remove the chicken chunks from the tanning, drain them to eliminate the excess, and roll them in the cornstarch.
