- 2 of eggs
- 70 gr of type 1 flour
- 85 ml of milk
- q.s. of extra virgin olive oil
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 5 gr of instant yeast
Stuffing
- 250 grams of chickpeas
- 100 gr of fresh ricotta
- 40 gr of breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- to taste of sweet paprika
- some gentle salad leaves

Preparation
- First, devote yourself to the preparation of chickpea burgers. In a blender, collect the boiled chickpeas with the ricotta: blend until a compact and thick mixture is obtained.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl, add the salt, pepper, mustard and paprika: mix the ingredients and add as much breadcrumbs as needed until the dough is soft, but not sticky and workable with your hands.
- Shape the dough with your hands to obtain 4 veggie burgers.
