- 225 ml of water
- 200 g of sugar
- 2 sachets of vanillin
- 100 ml of 95 ° alcohol
- 2 tablespoons (about 10 g) of soluble coffee

Preparation
- In a saucepan, boil the water and sugar. Dissolve the instant coffee and allow to cool.
