Think for example of a rich meal, even a rather heavy one, don't you feel the need to refresh and clean the palate with something slightly sour and fresh? - 240 g of sugar
- 30 g of dextrose
- 100 ml of water
- Untreated lemon juice
- 1 small glass of lemon vodka

- Casserole
Preparation
- First, prepare a syrup by dissolving the sugar and dextrose in the water: boil for a couple of minutes and let it cool.
- Wash the kiwis in running water and peel them. Cut them into cubes.
The right idea
To facilitate the peeling of the kiwifruit, it is advisable to cut them in half and to score the edges with a thin spoon, following the whole peel. The pulp will be removed in a flash!- Combine the diced kiwi in a glass of a blender. Add the syrup, vodka and the juice of half a lemon. Blend everything until you get a cream.
- Place the mixture in the fridge for a few hours.
- Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker and whisk until the right consistency is reached.
Who does not own the ice cream maker
he can still make kiwi sorbet. Pour the mixture into an aluminum bowl and place in the freezer. Stir the mixture every 20 minutes for 2-3 hours, until it is consolidated.- Serve the sorbet in bowls or in glasses: it is an excellent refreshing spoon dessert.
