  Preparation

  1. First, soften the raisins in warm water.
  2. Peel the apples, cut them into four parts and remove the stalk. Then cut the apple pulp into cubes. As you get the diced, sprinkle the apples with lemon juice to avoid rapid oxidation.
  3. In a pan, toast the pine nuts for 2-3 minutes: in this way, they will become more aromatic.
  4. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (static).

  7. Sift the yeast and add it to the rest of the ingredients.
  8. Add the egg, seed oil and milk, then mix all the ingredients to form a batter.

  It is possible to replicate the dessert by avoiding using eggs. In this case, it is recommended to use 60 g of plain yogurt.
  For the vegan version, it is possible to replace the egg with 60 g of soy yogurt and the milk with the same amount of vegetable milk to taste.

  9. Line a 22 cm side square pan with parchment paper. Pour the mixture into the pan.
