Ingrediants
- 150 g of dark chocolate
- 50 g of puffed rice
- 1 tablespoon of colored pralines, sugared almonds or chocolate sprinkles

- Bowl

- Sticks for skewers or lollipop sticks
- Baking paper
Preparation
- With the knife, coarsely chop the dark chocolate.

The same recipe can be made with milk chocolate and / or white chocolate.- Gently melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave, until it reaches 50 ° C: the chocolate must be creamy and velvety at sight.
- Mix the melted chocolate with the puffed rice.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes, preferably in the fridge: in this way, the mixture thickens and it will be easier to work with.
- Distribute some colored sprinkles on the egg molds. Fill the molds with the puffed rice and chocolate mixture. Leave to solidify in the fridge. Remove the solidified rice-chocolate from the molds, piercing them with a blunt toothpick. Serve.
- As an alternative to using the molds, take the chocolate-rice with a couple of teaspoons and place the mixture on a sheet of baking paper. In the center of each tuft, insert a stick for cake-pops. Decorate with colored pralines and leave when the chocolate has set, the puffed lollipops are ready to be served. For optimal presentation, it is recommended to package each toothpick with glossy paper for food and with a satin bow.

As an alternative to colored pralines, other decorations can be used, such as chopped pistachios, hazelnuts or almonds. Again, puffed rice eggs can be decorated with grated coconut.- Store the lollipops in the fridge for a week.
