Did you know that
To prepare this anti-cellulite smoothie we have chosen some types of fruit, such as grapefruit, strawberries, raspberries and pineapple, rich in ascorbic acid, all faithful allies in the fight against cellulite. Blueberries, a source of antioxidants, contain active ingredients capable of to stimulate the microcirculation and protect, as well as strengthen, the wall of blood capillaries.
The pineapple, in addition to being a fruit rich in antioxidants, contributes to the reduction of cellulite thanks to its diuretic and purifying properties.- Gather all the fruit in the blender glass, along with some ice cubes (important to prevent the active ingredients from overheating).
- To take full advantage of the properties of the active ingredients, it is advisable to immediately consume the anti-cellulite smoothie.
Alice's comment - PersonalCooker
Remember that, in an anti-cellulite smoothie, in addition to mixing antioxidant, diuretic and microcirculatory stimulant foods, you will also have to "blend" together a good dose of physical activity. And if you also add a good cosmetic aimed at the area "to be fought" to the combination of "nutrition and sport", the desired effect can certainly be achieved in a shorter time.Nutritional values and Health Comment on the recipe
