- About 300 g (4 large) of fioroni figs
- About 200 g of fruit ice cream (eg blackberry) or fiordilatte ice cream
- Gluten-free food: 1 sprinkle of balsamic vinegar glaze

- Knife
- Ice cream portioner
- Baking paper
- Ice cream maker for the preparation of ice cream
- Casserole for the preparation of ice cream
Preparation
- Prepare the blackberry ice cream following the instructions in this video. In addition to fruit ice cream, figs also go well with classic fiordilatte ice cream.
Those who wish can also use ready-made ice cream. We recommend making ice cream with an ice cream maker but if you don't have much time, you can combine figs with prepackaged ice cream.
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
- Cut the figs into 4 pieces and place them on a plate previously lined with baking paper.
- Sprinkle the figs with brown sugar (or with simple icing sugar) and sprinkle a sprinkle of balsamic vinegar glaze. Cover with slices of almonds and, if you wish, also with a little ground cinnamon.
- Bake the figs until they are perfectly browned. It will take about 10 minutes.
- Serve the hot fig "petals" with a scoop of blackberry ice cream.
