- 30 gr of honey
- 50 gr of strawberries
- 50 ml of apple juice
- 4 gr of isinglass
- some untreated lemon zest
For coverage
- 100 gr of strawberries
- 20 ml of apple juice
- 2 gr of isinglass
- a few mint leaves
