Ingrediants
For the Raspberry Pudding
- 150 ml of milk
- 100 g of yogurt
- 5 g of isinglass
- 10 g of stevia
- 75 g of raspberries
For the blueberry topping
- 75 g of blueberries
- 100 ml of water
- 4 g of stevia
- 2.5 g of isinglass
Materials Needed
- Glasses or cups
- Scale weighs food
- Immersion mixer
- Colander
Preparation
- First, soak the gelatin in cold water.
- Pour the milk into a saucepan and bring to the boil.
- Pour the yogurt and raspberries into a beaker, then blend with the immersion blender. If desired, strain the yogurt smoothie through a colander to remove the seeds.
- When the milk is hot, add the stevia and isinglass, now softened. Mix the mixture with the raspberry yogurt and distribute over 3 bowls, up to half the capacity.
- Leave to cool completely for a couple of hours.
- When the pudding has hardened, prepare the second part. Soak the other isinglass sheets in cold water. Blend one part of blueberries with 80 ml of water and the stevia. Heat the remaining 20 ml of water and dissolve the isinglass in it. Add the isinglass to the blueberry mixture and spread it all over the raspberry puddings.
Did you know that ...
Isinglass is a very important ingredient for the preparation of anti-aging pudding because it is a source of collagen, a protein present in the connective tissue of animals. Isinglass is made up almost entirely of protein and comes mainly from fish or pork sources.
Blueberries and raspberries, on the other hand, are rich in precious antioxidants, effective in fighting free radicals from within.
Sugar is replaced by stevia: it is better not to overdo the dose of sugar, one of the factors responsible for fast aging because it induces tissue inflammation.
- Leave the pudding to set in the fridge again for a couple of hours.
- The antiaging and antioxidant pudding has a consistency similar to aspic: it can be kept in the fridge for 3-4 days.

Lots of antioxidants and collagen, little sugar: the perfect formula for an anti-aging recipe! Always apply a good anti-aging cream on the skin, even from the age of 30 to prevent the formation of wrinkles; eat one pudding a day like the one I have proposed and, if this is not enough, supplement your diet with specific products!
