After that, the fish will need to be slowly defrosted in the fridge before being eaten.- Thoroughly wash the lemon and lime. Grate the zest and squeeze the juice.
- Arrange the tuna slices on a plate, pour in the lemon and lime juice. Add 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil delicate. Flavor with citrus peel, pink peppercorns, thyme and fennel. Salt to taste.
- Cover with a sheet of cling film and leave to macerate for an hour.
