Ingrediants
- 250 gr of type 1 flour
- 60 gr of green olives
- 40 gr of dried tomatoes
- 1 of egg yolks
- 1 of egg yolks
- 5 gr of salt
- 20 gr of grated Parmesan cheese
- to taste of oregano
- 50 ml of extra virgin olive oil
- 60 ml of water
- 5 gr of instant yeast
- 100 g for the spreadable cheese filling

Preparation
- First, soak the dried tomatoes in warm water for at least 10 minutes.
- Collect the olives and dried tomatoes, drained from soaking, in the container of a blender, then finely chop.
- Alternatively, to get larger pieces, you can chop the olives and cherry tomatoes with a knife.
- Sift the type 1 flour into a bowl then add the oregano, salt and baking powder.
- Add the olives and small pieces of cherry tomatoes and flavor with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Finally, combine the liquid ingredients, then the oil and the yolk: mix with your hands to obtain a soft and non-sticky dough.
