- 210 KCal Calories per serving
-
Ingrediants
- 150 g of smoked salmon
- 80 g of spreadable cheese
- 10 g of sesame seeds
- A few stalks of chives
- 20 g of black or red lumpfish roe
- A few leaves of rocket
- Q.b. of balsamic vinegar glaze
Materials Needed
- Chopping board
- Knife
- Spread
- Cooking pan
Preparation
- Cut the smoked salmon into 4 slices.
- Toast the sesame seeds in a hot pan: turn the seeds often to avoid burning them.
- Coarsely chop the chives.
- Spread a teaspoon of spreadable cheese over each slice of smoked salmon.
The ideal match
As an alternative to spreadable cheese, you can spread a thin layer of sour cream on the surface of the rolls. The slight acidity of the cream will be perfect to counteract the smoked salmon.- Add the toasted sesame seeds and the chopped chives.
- Place a few leaves of rocket on top of the filling and roll up.
- Those who want to make mini morsels can cut each roll into 2 or 3 parts.
- Serve the salmon rolls decorating with red lumpfish eggs, sesame seeds and a drop of balsamic vinegar glaze.
