- Lie on your stomach with your legs and arms spread out to the sides while maintaining a star stance
- Bring the right arm and left leg upwards until the left foot joins the right hand, then return to the star position controlling the descent
- Bring the left arm and right leg upwards until the right foot joins the left hand, then return to the star position and control the descent.
- Lower the arm and legs in an uncontrolled manner.
