- Place a step in front of your feet, keep your legs slightly spread and your knees slightly bent
- Trying to keep your back still, jump onto the step and with another jump back with your feet to the floor (always try to keep your legs bent while jumping)
- Move up and down from the jumping step keeping your legs straight
- Excessive impact with your feet during jumps.
