Rollback execution:
- Lie with your back and keep your head and arms raised; keep your arms along your body, feet on the floor, knees bent and chin to your chest
- Bring your torso towards your knees and stay a few seconds
- Slowly roll back and stop without completely touching the floor with your shoulders
- Get off at all times with your back completely on the ground
- Bring your chin back
- Roll the spine slightly during the descent.
