Hip extensions to the machine: Execution
The starting position sees the athlete standing with both hips flexed a little less than 90 °, the chest on its support, the pelvis in anterversion, the back in its position of strength and the bearings of the tool resting in the rear part of the leg with variable height according to the machine and the height of the athlete. The execution consists in extending the hip through the movement of the leg, as far as allowed by individual mobility, while maintaining the position of the rest of the body.
