Adduction of the hips in the transverse plane to the machine: Execution
The starting position sees the athlete sitting on the machine with the hips abducted on the transverse plane, the pelvis in anterversion, the back in its position of strength and the bearings of the tool resting on the inside of each leg at a variable height depending on the machine and the height of the athlete. The execution consists in completely adducing both hips in the transverse plane while maintaining the position of the rest of the body unchanged.
