SPORT AND CORRECT FOOD REGIME: A WINNING COUPLE!
The idea of talking to you, for this time, about how the combination of sport and a correct diet is a winner came to me during the week: everyone is now back in the gym and many students ask me for advice about the diet to follow ...
I, the first thing I recommend is always to move ... but it is also true that a correct diet has its importance ... well understood, I am not a dietician, but years and years of experience have led me to have a certain baggage of notions, also for what concerns the feeding ...
I will give you some tips to stay in shape ... and maybe follow my program ... yes yes what I proposed last time ... and who knows that thanks will not reach me too :-)
1 - First of all, set yourself a goal, so if you decide you want to lose a couple of kg, put it on
as the title of your day, however always without making you an obsession ...
2 - Keep a nutritional diary: it will help you to see for yourself what you eat during
day ... so you will realize how many calories you ingest more!
3 - Give up sweets, or at least eat less ... I know it's hard (I'm a sweet tooth too!) ... but you have to think about reaching your goal ... yes yes ... that of the point
1 ... then you will be proud ...
4 - DO EXERCISE ... do not drink alcohol and do not consume more than 30g of fat per day ... DO NOT SMOKE !!!
5 - Limit the use of butter and abolish mayonnaise!
6 - Do not skip breakfast and maybe treat yourself to something sweet ... this will partly avoid having too many snacks during the day
7 - Never forget proteins ... build muscles ...
8 - Have a snack after work ... maybe some fruit ... so you can train without stomach cramps!
9 - Avoid junk foods ... the more you eat, the more you will eat ... and then you will see the scale ...
10 - I recommend the vegetables ...
11 - If you love milk ... use skim milk ... compared to whole milk, the difference can also be
20 calories per glass ...
12 - If you don't train ... take at least a walk before going to bed!
13 - I recommend fruit, eat a banana instead of a croissant with cream ... (certainly not the same thing) but I read 2 days ago that eating a banana a day helps reduce the risk of stroke and heart attack. .. and then it is very rich in potassium ...
14 - Eat slowly and drink a lot ... maybe even some herbal tea or green tea (recent studies show that it increases energy and helps burn fat).
Here are the tips that I give you about nutrition and then I add that to lose weight it is necessary to carry out an aerobic type activity ... so for those who train with weights ... I would add some spinning sessions or why not. .. fit-boxing ... or the classic step ... in short, vary your training as much as possible ... and always take it as fun ...
and as I always say ... THANKS AND GOOD FITNESS TO ALL
